The organisation is the responsible party for player personal information. Sons of the South (Pty) Ltd, trading as Trial Selector, is the operator. We process that information only to run the trials the organisation configures.

The organisation is the responsible party. Trial Selector (Sons of the South (Pty) Ltd) is the operator. Selectors process information only as assigned by the organisation.
2. Lawful basis
The organisation determines the lawful basis for entering player information — typically consent from a parent or guardian, or another basis the organisation is entitled to rely on.
3. Purpose limitation
We use organisation data only to run evaluations. We never use player information for marketing.
4. Minimisation
Templates collect the fields needed to score and rank a trial. Guardian contact is optional.
5. Security measures
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and an audit log of staff access for support.
6. Cross-border transfer
Firebase is hosted in africa-south1 where the service supports it, otherwise europe-west1. We do not sell personal information.
